2020 is bound to be an extraordinary year. We are going through a sudden test. The epidemic of "new crown virus pneumonia" affects everyone's heart.
Faced with the epidemic, the whole country has taken action to race against time and cheer for life. Huawei and its partners are also watching the progress of the fight against the epidemic and putting into action this battle without gun smoke with actual actions.
Here, Huawei sincerely thanks our partners for working with us to combat the epidemic and ensure the smooth operation of CT infrastructure of thousands of industries.

First aid partner to resume work
Huawei provides the WeLink cloud platform for free to help partners work remotely.
Second, ease the pressure on partners
1) For general distributors: Adjust the MBO rules of the general distributors in the first quarter, pull the bank to promote the extension of credit extensions for general distributors, adjust the performance thresholds according to the impact of the epidemic situation, and promote the interconnection of T systems to improve business processing efficiency.
2) For distribution gold and silver partners: In November and December 2019, the billing period for stocking order will be extended by 30 days (the Hubei region will be extended by 60 days) to ease the pressure on partners' funds.
3) Huawei will co-finance partners to provide financing solutions for core partners in need.
4) In the first quarter of 2020, the distribution policy will remain stable, business opportunities will give priority to distribution and supply, and inventory will be used to quickly meet customer demand.
Third extension of maintenance and exception services
1) For distribution products shipped in the fourth quarter of 2019, the warranty start time is extended by 3 months.
2) For the Hubei region, implement exception services and respond quickly to customer service with partners.
Fourth donated medical collaboration system
In order to further support the national anti-epidemic action, Huawei will donate 5 sets of telemedicine collaboration systems (WeLink + E) to anti-epidemic professional partners to support the national anti-epidemic relief work. This system has been deployed and applied in Wuhan Vulcan Mountain and Thunder Mountain Hospital.
Fifth Incentive Medical Solution
Support partners to increase sales of solutions in the medical industry. Huawei will select 10 sales projects that include medical solutions and 10 partners to replicate sales solutions and give corresponding material incentives.
Sixth Deferred Partner Capability Review
For partners who need to complete capacity review in the first quarter of 2020, the review deadline is delayed by 3 months; for partners who need to complete capacity review in the second quarter of 2020, the review deadline is delayed for one month.
Seventh ensure that incentives are issued in real time
Continuously guarantee the implementation of the "Incentive Issuance 60-second Plan", and issue incentives quickly, and partner incentives can be achieved in real time and extracted in real time.
Eighth to carry out various forms of online empowerment
Huawei will launch a series of online empowerment courses (including distribution, industry solutions, Kunpeng + Shengteng, Huawei Cloud, financing, etc.) to help partners keep up with Huawei's latest technologies and solutions.
