On January 21, Huawei founder Ren Zhengfei made his appearance at the World Economic Forum in Davos after a lapse of five years. During the meeting, Ren Zhengfei said that Huawei's Harmony OS is online and will be applied to Huawei's mobile phones, tablets, TVs and other products in the future, according to Sina Finance.
Ren Zhengfei had previously mentioned that Harmony OS was prepared for the era of the Internet of Things, and he was not sure if he had the ability to transform Harmony OS and open it as a system. It now appears that Huawei's transformation of Harmony OS is close to success.
In addition, Ren Zhengfei emphasized once again that Huawei will not participate in automobile manufacturing, and will only provide auto parts to automakers.
At the previous 2020 China 5G Smart Car Summit Forum, Lu Xiaofeng, general manager of Huawei's V2X product line, also emphasized that Huawei does not build cars, but will help automakers build good cars through end-cloud collaboration.
