Ren Zhengfei at Davos: Humans do not need to be panic about AI-CnTechPost

Five years later, Huawei founder Ren Zhengfei returned to Davos to attend the "Future Shaped by the Technological Arms Race" theme forum, where he said that technology is for the better, so humans do not need to be so panic about artificial intelligence.

Regarding the impact of the big bang of artificial intelligence and information technology on human society, Ren said that he had read "A Brief History of Humanity" and "A Brief History of the Future" by Yuval Herali, and agreed with the views in them.

Ren believes that science and technology are good, and technological progress and human cultural progress are basically synchronized.

He said that when we entered the information society, electronic technology had advanced, and interdisciplinary innovation gave human energy. And this brought about the Big Bang, which caused panic to humanity.

But Ren Zhengfei believes that humans do not need to panic about artificial intelligence. "Human research on artificial intelligence has boundaries and is supported by data. After the improvement of artificial intelligence technology, these boundaries will bring a lot of wealth. Wealth is better than nothing."
