The WeChat for PC received the official 2.8.0 update today. In addition to the new look at selected content, it also brought a new subscription content browsing experience.
The new version also allows users to use WeChat payment functions in mini-programs and adds support for IPv6 networks.
With more than 1 billion users, WeChat allows friends to send text messages, smileys, and pictures to each other, as well as transfer files and video chat with friends.
