According to Hikvision, the battery replacement device adopts a modular design and consists of two parts: a power exchange warehouse and a battery warehouse. It can quickly complete the automatic replacement of the mobile robot battery without manual intervention.
Compared with the original robot charging that takes 1.5 hours, replacing the battery takes just 2 minutes.
It is worth mentioning that during the battery replacement process, the robot keeps power on and can maintain normal communication with the upper system. After the power exchange is completed, you will return to work without interrupting your business.
Moreover, in the past, it was necessary to prepare 15% -20% more robots for charging rotation. After the automatic battery replacement is enabled, only 15% -20% of batteries need to be prepared for power conversion rotation, and the cost is greatly reduced.
