The French Consumer Association recently named Nintendo Switch the most vulnerable product in 2019, while also listing Nintendo as one of the worst companies in 2019, according to Jeuxvideo.com.

The report said that the reason is because of the drift of Joy-Con handles. This issue has even triggered consumer group lawsuits in the United States, and the related lawsuits are still unsolved.

In addition to the problems of the Switch itself, Nintendo's attitude towards the problem has also made it difficult for consumers and gamers to accept.

The analysis of the Joy-Con drift problem in the statement released by the official Nintendo after the related event was an understatement, but it was suggested that players should communicate with customer service.
