Dutch tech blog LetsGoDigital recently issued a patent for Huawei's latest rear camera module, presenting a new camera flip design.

This patent was filed by Huawei on January 9, 2019 and approved by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for access to the database on December 17.

The patent shows a full-screen phone that can flip the rear camera 180 degrees to the front selfie. The overall solution is similar to the Samsung Galaxy A80, but Huawei's solution is relatively simple.

Earlier, it was reported that Huawei will add such a rear-camera flip design to the P Smart series. At the same time, from the patent point of view, the module still retains the LED fill light configuration. Its selfie experience is worth looking forward to.
