A recent survey showed most of Huawei Mate series and P series users are between the ages of 26-35, contradicting to normal wisdom that Huawei's flagship phone users are mainly middle-aged people.

The report by Aurora was to find out of the user portrait of Huawei and Honor phones in the third quarter of 2019. It shows that 62% of Huawei Mate users were male and 38% were female, while in the P series 51% were male and 49% were female.
The Mate series and P series users are concentrated in the age of 26-35, with the largest number of users in new first-tier cities, second-tier and third-tier cities.

There are more female users in the nova series, the vast majority of users are under 35 years old; Mai Mang series have more male users and the user age is mostly 26 years old and above.
The male and female ratio and age distribution of the Enjoy (Changxiang) series users are relatively balanced, mainly Concentrated in third-tier cities and below.

There are more male users of Honor mobile phones, accounting for 56.9%. Most of the users are aged 35 and under, mainly in new first-tier, second-tier, and third-tier cities. The Changwan series is also slightly more male, and users of all ages have , Mainly concentrated in third- and fourth-tier cities.

In terms of user loyalty, Huawei has been ranked first since last year. The brands with the highest user loyalty are Apple, vivo, OPPO, and Xiaomi. In the third quarter, Huawei mobile phone user loyalty has seen an increase.
