China supports the two development models of new energy vehicles, charging and battery swap, to create a favorable environment for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said in a reply letter to a proposal by a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
