The Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro is now certified in most regions and is expected to be released alongside the Huawei Mate40 series, according to CNMO.
The Huawei Watch GT 2 was officially launched on September 19, 2019 and features an integrated 3D glass dial.
The 42 mm version of the Huawei Watch GT 2 is currently priced at RMB 1188 yuan ($171), while the 46 mm version is priced at RMB 1288 yuan.
The Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro, codenamed "VID-B19", has been certified by NCC, FCC, SIRIM Malaysia and NRRA Korea.
The wireless charger that comes with this smartwatch has also been certified.
According to the certification information, the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro has a built-in 455mAh battery with 10W wireless charging and will use a Type-C port for charging.
CNMO reported that the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro will improve upon the Huawei Watch GT 2 and 2e and will offer richer and improved features.
The Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro may be positioned above the other two models in the same range and is expected to be released alongside the Huawei Mate40 series, the report said.
