Tencent's active deployment of 5G, cloud computing, and other key financial, investment, new infrastructure, and grassroots livelihood projects will also generate a large demand for talent.
Currently, Tencent's cloud computing servers total more than one million, with more than 6,500 global patents in the field of AI.
Tencent's AI supercomputer center in Shanghai is under construction, and Tencent's industrial cloud bases have already been established in eight major cities in China, including Xi'an and Yantai, and will invest RMB 500 billion in "new infrastructure construction" in the future.
Tencent will have some inclination and support in the recruitment of these positions. In addition, Tencent Financial Technology will also provide more technical, operational, product, and management positions for job seekers.
For this recruitment, Xiao Wenjuan, head of Tencent Campus Recruitment, said that Tencent is highly concerned about the recruitment of the undergraduate freshmen group, with equal emphasis on the recruitment of master and doctoral students.
When it comes to the requirements for freshers, she said that Tencent places more emphasis on the abilities of applicants than academic qualifications and school backgrounds, and provides fairer employment opportunities.
