Android Studio 3.6.3 stable version released-CnTechPost

Android Studio 3.6.3 stable version has been released. As a small version update, there are not many new features, mainly to fix the cache problem of the DataBinding module and upgrade to the Kotlin 1.3.71 plug-in.
