China-made Unity Operating System (UOS) and Yozo Office has completed adaptation work, the operating system’s developer Union Tech said on Tuesday.
Yozo Office is a basic office software developed by Yozosoft. It has graphic and text mixing, document processing, calculation engine and data processing functions, and supports animation and template libraries, cloud documents, cloud collaboration, etc.
Union Tech said that with the successful development of UOS, the adaptation of related domestic software and hardware products has also been fully launched. At present, UOS is used as the platform. Yozo Office software has been tested on Loongson, Feiteng, Zhaoxin and Huawei Kunpeng.
In terms of document format compatibility, Yozo Office is bidirectional compatible with Microsoft Office 97 to 2016 format documents, supports reading and writing OXML format documents, is compatible with OFD format documents, and supports the national standard document format UOF format.
Last week, Union Tech said WPS Office 2019 for Linux, office software developed in China, has been adapted to the UOS.
WPS Office comes from Kingsoft and is an all in one office suite app that allows you to create Documents, Spreadsheets, and Presentations. In addition to that, it is also a PDF Converter, Reader and Editor which means that converts your office docs to PDFs and also edits them.
WPS Office 2019 for Linux supports mainstream software and hardware systems from home and abroad, which can fully meet the requirements of domestic and foreign enterprise and individual users working under the Linux system.
